Exillar is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing Human Resources function. This is a flexible working role, ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, shortlisting & interview coordination)
Draft and publish job descriptions on various platforms
Maintain and update employee data and HR documentation
Support in onboarding of new hires and induction processes
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate training sessions and internal HR activities
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Prepare HR reports and presentations
Requirements
Pursuing or completed degree in HR / Business Administration / relevant field
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
Strong interest in Human Resources and ability to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality
