We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
. This internship will offer hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70% focus):
Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Draft job descriptions, JD postings, and recruitment-related communications.
Assist in campus hiring and walk-in drives.
Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment status reports.
Other HR Support Activities (30% focus):
Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
Help with employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR documents and support data entry tasks.
Support in creating HR reports and presentations.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
