We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Perform data entry and prepare HR-related reports
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality
