We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern
who is passionate about Human Resources and wants hands-on experience in
end-to-end recruitment
along with exposure to
core HR operations

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Major Focus)
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and departments
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding formalities
HR Operations (Secondary Focus)
Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Help with joining formalities and maintaining onboarding checklists
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Maintain HR reports, attendance, and documentation on a daily basis
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks
Who Can Apply:
? Students or recent graduates in HR, Business, or related fields
? Strong interest in recruitment and operational processes
? Good communication and coordination skills
? Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets
? Ability to handle confidential data professionally
? Prior internship or exposure in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
