The HR Intern will provide support to the People & Culture department in various HR functions. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and other HR activities.
Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Help in maintaining HR records and databases.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Currently pursuing a degree/ or completed the same in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented and organized.
