Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain candidate records and hiring dashboards.
Draft and publish job posts across platforms and college portals.
2. Campus Recruitment
Coordinate campus outreach programs and placement drives.
Build relationships with college placement cells and student ambassadors.
Track candidate funnel from outreach to onboarding.
3. Employee Engagement
Support in executing monthly employee engagement activities.
Assist with recognition programs, internal communication, and surveys.
4. Training Coordination
Schedule and track training sessions for staff and educators.
Handle attendance, feedback collection, and documentation.
5. Driving MPCP Enrollments
Promote FSM's
Music Teacher Certificate Program (MPCP)
in colleges.
Run social media campaigns targeting music aspirants.
Build and nurture interest among students and fresh graduates.
What We're Looking For:
Students or recent graduates in
HR, Psychology, Business Management, or similar fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Energetic, proactive, and organized.
Interest in music, education, or working with creative professionals is a plus.
