Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic
HR Intern
to manage front desk responsibilities while supporting core HR activities. This is a dual-role internship offering exposure to office administration and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and handle front desk operations
Manage calls, emails, courier, and meeting room coordination
Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Help maintain attendance records and HR documentation
Support HR events, activities, and daily admin tasks
Requirements:
Pursuing/completed a degree in HR or related field
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Presentable, proactive, and eager to learn
Proficient in MS Office tools
