The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation within a healthcare/IVF setup.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Support
Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
Coordinate interview follow-ups with candidates and panel members
Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare joining kits & collect employee documents
Support induction process and new employee orientation
Maintain and update employee personnel files
3. Attendance & Leave Coordination
Assist in daily attendance tracking for all staff
Update leave, permission, and shift details in HR sheets
Support coordination with department heads regarding staff attendance
4. Employee Engagement
Help plan staff activities, birthday events, and small celebrations
Support internal communication between HR and departments
5. HR Operations
Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
Assist with HR audits and compliance-related tasks
Update staff data, Excel sheets, and HR MIS reports
Eligibility
BBA / MBA HR graduates or students
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
