Support HR activities such as recruitment, coordination, documentation, and basic HR operations in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate and HR records
Support onboarding documentation
Assist with HR reports and data entry
Communicate with candidates and team members
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic HR knowledge
MS Excel & Google Sheets
Ability to work independently in WFH setup
Qualifications:
MBA HR / BBA / Graduate (Pursuing or Completed)
