Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Handle end to end Recruitment Process
Recruitment Calls and Shortlisting
Interview Scheduling and Candidates Handling
Professional Mail Communication
Effective Task Management
Good English Communication Skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word
Professional email writing skills
Fast learning and working independently
Prepare basic HR reports and track recruitment metrics
Well developed interpersonal skills with "what next" attitude
