Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace environment.
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Help managers with performance management processes and provide training as needed.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports on HR metrics as needed.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
