We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter (Intern) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and a basic knowledge of MS Excel. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates, understanding client requirements, attending calls, replying to candidates on WhatsApp, and conducting initial interview rounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Client Requirement Understanding:
Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements to find the best candidates.
Basic MS Excel Knowledge:
Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data using MS Excel.
Generate reports and manage data for recruitment analysis.
Communication:
Attend calls and respond to candidate queries promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
Provide candidates with information about job roles, responsibilities, and the hiring process.
Interview Conducting:
Conduct the initial round of interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the hiring team.
Requirements:
Should have good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate client requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Available for 3 months of full time internship.
