This internship provides practical exposure to core HR functions including HR operations, recruitment, grievance management, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures Participate in the management and resolution of employee grievances under guidance Contribute to the onboarding and induction processes for new hires Provide support for various HR administrative tasks and projects to enhance learning

Candidate Profile:

Graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is required Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn Prior knowledge of HR practices is advantageous but not mandatory
