We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students pursuing HR/Management studies who want to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment process
(job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Support
onboarding and induction programs
for new hires.
Maintain and update
HR databases, employee records, and attendance/leave data
.
Coordinate and support
employee engagement activities and events
.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, letters, and documentation.
Provide support in
performance management
processes and feedback collection.
Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
