Role Overview

The HR Intern will support day-to-day Employee Relations and HR Operations activities, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, data accuracy, internal communication, and reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and data security training coordination
Track completion of onboarding and mandatory compliance training
Verify and maintain updated employee profiles on the HR portal, including professional profile photos
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and collect regular internal employee feedback
Act as a coordination point for employee HR-related queries and follow-ups
Draft andinternal HR communications such as announcements, memos, and updates
Update probation status on the HR portal and trigger email notifications as required
Coordinate background verification checks for new hires and track closure
Prepare monthly HR reports covering headcount, attrition, leave data, and onboarding status
Maintain HR trackers, records, and documentation
Skills Required
