We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern who is eager to learn practical HR operations. This internship is ideal for MBA graduates or students pursuing MBA/HR who want hands-on exposure in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and HR files
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in attendance and leave tracking
Help with basic HR documentation and reports
Coordinate with team members for daily HR tasks
Eligibility:
MBA graduate or MBA student (HR specialization preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
