Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for interns and full-time roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers
Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
Assist with onboarding documentation and HR coordination
Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Good to Have
Prior internship or exposure to recruitment
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or ATS tools
Interest in startups, hiring, and people operations
