HR Intern



An enthusiastic and driven HR professional to support the HR and Learning & Development (L&D) function by managing upskilling initiatives, coordinating training programs, maintaining compliance trackers, and supporting employee engagement activities. The role requires strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.

Responsibilities:



Assist HR team with everyday tasks. Maintain HRM updates, documentation and L&D trackers as per ISO requirements. Assist in gathering the latest corporate market trends. Coordinate with leads to identify and track employee upskilling programs. Communicate L&D programs, track deadlines, send reminders, and measure training effectiveness. Publish monthly L&D calendars and manage session announcements and registrations. Support HR initiatives such as Fun Fridays, Town halls, POSH compliance, and Employee wellbeing.

Requirements:



Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Experience working in an office or corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines. High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
