Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for internships and junior roles
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases
HR Operations
Support attendance tracking and basic HR documentation
Assist with payroll-related coordination and data management
Help maintain employee records and internal HR trackers
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
Support birthday celebrations, team activities, and internal events
Help create internal communication and engagement content
General HR Support
Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
Support implementation of HR policies and processes
