Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
Support onboarding processes and employee documentation
Help manage day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
Handle administrative tasks, internal records, and coordination across teams
Act as a point of contact to facilitate smooth communication between departments
