Support in employee grievance handling and HR coordination
Assist in preparing MIS reports and updating HR data
Draft official emails and coordinate follow-ups with employees and departments
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records and provide basic HR operational support
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of HR operations
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for MIS support
Good management, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
