Role: HR Intern

This is a learning-focused HR internship for MBA / PGDM students who want hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, people operations, and culture-building in a fast-growing startup. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team and gain practical experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Coordinate interviews and maintain hiring trackers Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities

People Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases Support onboarding checklists and internal HR processes Help document SOPs for hiring and HR operations

Culture & Engagement

Assist in planning employee engagement activities Collect employee feedback and help improve workplace experience

Projects & Learning

Support employer branding and HR improvement projects Prepare basic reports and insights for the leadership team

Eligibility & Skills

Good communication and coordination skills Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Interest in HR, people management, and startup culture

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
