Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
Support documentation and joining formalities of new employees.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and assist the HR team with administrative tasks.
Communicate with internal teams and candidates professionally.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities when required.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and maintain process accuracy.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
