About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Intern
to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation while gaining hands-on corporate HR experience.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals and social networks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking reports.
2. On boarding & Employee Documentation
Support end-to-end on boarding activities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Update and maintain employee records in HRMS.
3. HR Operations
Assist with daily HR queries and support employees.
Help organize and conduct HR activities, meetings, and events.
Maintain HR data, attendance records, and documentation.
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and employee initiatives.
Collect employee feedback and assist in culture-building activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed
Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
