Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates and support offer-related activities
Post job openings on various platforms
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
