About the Internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Pantheon Digital Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), MS-Excel, and MS-Office. This exciting role will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training sessions and workshops. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Gain valuable experience in HR analytics and reporting by analyzing data and preparing reports for management.
