Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Assisting in conducting internship drives and campus hiring
Maintaining candidate databases
2. HR Operations
Assisting in onboarding documentation
Supporting attendance and employee records management
Helping in drafting HR letters, emails, and policy documents
Coordinating with different teams for basic HR requirements
Skills Required
Good communication skills

Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets

Qualification
