About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people operations, eager to learn HR processes, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. The HR Intern will support daily HR activities and contribute to projects across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system setup.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support HR team with policy implementation, compliance checks, and process improvements.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Basic understanding of HR practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Stipend- as per market standards
