Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process--sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
Help prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with different departments for HR operational tasks.
Support in payroll and attendance management (as required).
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
