The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding activities. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to core HR processes and tools in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding processes including document collection and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance trackers.
Drafting HR letters, notices, and policy documents.
Participate in exit formalities, and documentation for offboarding.
Assist in maintaining compliance and confidentiality of all HR files and employee data.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development.
