We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to actively support the Recruitment, Core HR functions, and Administrative Support of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in talent acquisition and people management, eager to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while contributing to smooth and efficient HR operations, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Recruitment (60-70% efforts):
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements across multiple departments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support the recruitment team in drafting and posting job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and weekly/monthly hiring progress reports.
Participate in initial candidate interactions (calls, assessments, or shortlisting discussions) under supervision.
Assist in organizing and managing campus recruitment drives, internship programs, and other outreach initiatives.
Contribute to employer branding activities, helping promote the organization as an employer of choice.
2. Core HR Operations:
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Assist in maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and leave/attendance records.
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
3. Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day office administration, including stationery management, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Support in organizing meetings, maintaining office records, and handling basic operational documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office functioning.
Help maintain a professional and organized work environment in alignment with company standards.
Basic Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong passion for recruitment and people management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with:
The HR Team for recruitment and HR operations.
Cross-functional departments to ensure seamless HR coordination.
You should be able to:
Take ownership of recruitment tasks from sourcing to coordination.
Support employee engagement and training activities.
Manage HR administrative tasks with accuracy and accountability.
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Handle multiple priorities efficiently with professionalism and enthusiasm.
