Scope of Agreement: The Intern should be a graduate and preferrably be pursuing a Masters in Human Resources or related field. The intern will work in the AES Human Resource Department to learn Data management skills, file maintenance skills and gain proficiency in English. They shall not work off-campus with any other organization during the internship hours. The Intern will report to the Head HR and Organizational Culture who will assign the work hours/days, duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
Term of Agreement: This Agreement shall be for a period of 3-6 months, beginning as soon as possible. This internship arrangement does not constitute an employment agreement. The Intern shall not be entitled to a regular job at the School on completion of the internship.
Compensation and Benefits:In consideration of the services described above, the School hereby agrees to pay the Intern
about
INR 12,000-18,000/- per month, net of taxes. The Intern will not be eligible for any other benefits other than what has been listed in this Agreement.
