Administrative tasks:
Update and maintain employee records and databases, file documents, and handle general HR-related inquiries.
Onboarding and offboarding:
Help coordinate new hire orientations and gather necessary information for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Payroll and benefits:
Assist in collecting and verifying payroll data and support the administration of employee benefits.
HR projects and events:
Help organize employee events, assist in drafting HR documents or communications, and support HR projects.
Compliance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and help maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
