Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support in onboarding formalities and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Help in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support in HR policy implementation and compliance documentation.
Assist HR team in performance review data collection and analysis.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
