Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic
HR Intern
with 0-1 year of experience to assist our
Senior HR
team onsite at New Delhi. The role includes supporting
recruitment processes
,
on boarding, employee engagement activities,
and
maintaining HR records
. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to building a growing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the
Senior HR team
with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Assist in managing and updating hiring trackers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
Assist in preparing job description.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including drafting letters, invoices, filing, and data entry.
Provide assistance with payroll, attendance, and compliance tasks as needed.
Support on boarding activities for new hires such as orientation sessions, document verification, and setup coordination
Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, on boarding, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in
HR tools
or software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS) is a plus.
A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
English Proficiency is required
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is an added advantage.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
