Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment -- sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and maintain employee records.
Prepare HR communications, warning mails, and official correspondence.
Manage attendance, payroll data, and HR documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
Who Can Apply:
Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Female candidates preferred who wish to start their career in HR Field.
