Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
Help onboard new employees and interns
Maintain HR records and databases
Assist with attendance and leave tracking
Coordinate employee engagement activities
Support the HR team with internal communications and policy updates
Assist in drafting offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR documentation
Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related field)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and practices
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
