HR Intern
to join our team and gain real-world HR experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment processes
-- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support
onboarding and induction
activities for new employees.
Help manage
employee records
, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in drafting and posting
job descriptions
and internship opportunities.
Coordinate
HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions
.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data responsibly.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of
HR operations and recruitment tools
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and online job portals.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
