We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team in
New Delhi
. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in daily activities including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
Support onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records.
Coordinate HR operations, attendance, and payroll data.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Must be based in
New Delhi
and available to work
on-site
.
Immediate joiner preferred.
