Job Overview:
The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The candidate will also support administrative and coordination tasks while learning practical HR functions in a creative and design-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through Indeed and other job portals.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Help in drafting and posting job descriptions for various roles.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Coordinate with internal departments for attendance, leaves, and employee queries.
Assist in HR documentation, record maintenance, and filing.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives.
Prepare basic HR reports and support the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working in an offline (onsite) environment.
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
