HR Intern
who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post job openings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support in building a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates.
Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring is a plus.
Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
