We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our team in Delhi. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, letters, and HR-related documents as required.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
