We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support our daily recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, pre-vetting, and shortlisting the right candidates from platforms like
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates from job portals and databases.
Conduct initial pre-vetting based on profiles and requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
Support HR team with daily hiring operations.
Maintain candidate records and update reports.
Requirements
Must be a
graduate
in HR/Management or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication skills
(written & verbal) are mandatory.
Familiarity with online recruitment portals is preferred.
