About the Role
Pixel Media is looking for an
HR Intern
who can assist the HR team in
daily hiring, calling candidates, and coordination tasks.
This internship is strictly
in-office
and ideal for students/fresh graduates who want
hands-on exposure in HR & recruitment.
You will learn directly by working on live hiring processes, onboarding, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
Make
daily candidate calls
to explain job roles, eligibility, and interview schedules.
Help coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Maintain hiring trackers and update candidate status regularly.
Support in onboarding documentation and Day 1 joiner formalities.
Assist in monitoring attendance, punctuality, and daily HR coordination tasks.
Work closely with the HR Executive to ensure smooth operations.
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates / MBA-HR / BBA students / candidates looking to build a career in HR.
Comfortable with
calling and speaking confidently
in both English & Hindi.
Organized, proactive, and disciplined with good follow-up skills.
Someone who enjoys people interaction and coordination.
Ready to work
