Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
recruitment process
: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
Support in
onboarding and induction programs
for new hires.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related communications.
Support
employee engagement activities
and events.
Assist in HR compliance, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to
performance management
and feedback collection processes.
Conduct basic research on HR trends and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Enthusiastic to learn and grow in the HR domain.
