Assist with the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Handle basic employee queries under supervision.
Participate in policy review and documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
