Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
HR Intern
to manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to make an impact while growing in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Handle onboarding and exit processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Plan and support employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation
Address employee queries on policies, payroll, and benefits
Provide administrative and compliance support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
Preferable 1+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably corporate or consulting)
Good communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
Professionalism, confidentiality, and solution-oriented mindset
