Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview arrangements.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Assist in drafting HR communications, emails, and other documentation.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Perform administrative tasks and provide general HR support.
Learn and understand company HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources (recent graduate or final semester).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
