Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Support onboarding and documentation of new hires

Maintain and update employee records and databases

Coordinate HR-related events and activities

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Help draft HR policies and internal communications

Conduct employee engagement surveys and feedback collection

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Available to work from our Delhi office (onsite role)
