We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various human resource functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist in drafting HR letters and contracts
Support in organizing employee engagement activities
Help manage attendance and leave records
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR team
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
